Three Reasons Apple, Inc. (AAPL) Stock Is So Hot This Quarter

  • Apple is not just a recognizable company; it is a publicly traded company whose shares have soared 2,190% over the past 15 years. Apple Inc.'s annual revenue has grown from $108.24 billion in fiscal year 2011 to $416.16 billion in fiscal year 2025.

  • Apple continues to adapt its business model as well as new technology. No longer just relying on hardware sales, the company has monetized its strong consumer base with subscriptions and services. It’s also shifted its design roadmap for the iPhone, with the current release of its highly anticipated foldable two-in-one smartphone, the Apple Duo iPhone.

  • Institutions such as hedge funds and mutual funds continue to hold millions of shares of Apple stock, because of its stability as a member of the Dow Jones Industrial Average. This is especially true now as large institutional investors participate in end-of-year “window dressing” whereby they rotate out of volatile stocks into more stable stocks, in order to depict a more favorable impression of fund performance.

If you are not trading or holding Apple stock in your account(s), you could potentially be taking on too much risk!

Follow the trend. Make sure you are taking your covered call profits and investing in AAPL and other stable stocks like The Coca-Cola Company (KO) and The Travelers Companies, Inc. (TRV).
